Welcome to FSL Gamer, developed and owned by Brainybucks Games Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using our games (Rummy, Ludo, Poker) or related services, you (“you”, “your”, or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use FSL Gamer.

• Not share offensive, abusive, or illegal content through gameplay or communication features.
• Not engage in fraudulent activity, including account manipulation.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

Virtual Currency and Game Items

• FSL Gamer may include virtual coins, chips, or items for gameplay.
• These are fictional, non-transferable, non-redeemable, and have no real-world monetary value.
• Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
• We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove virtual items at any time.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

• All content in FSL Gamer, including graphics, logos, gameplay mechanics, sounds, and software, is the property of Brainybucks Games Pvt. Ltd.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the game without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

• FSL Gamer is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brainybucks Games Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss of data, damages, or issues arising from your use of FSL Gamer.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Modify, discontinue, or restrict access to any part of the game at our discretion, without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting or app update. Continued use of FSL Gamer after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
